Jolene Senn

Jolene Senn is an energetic professional with years of experience in the health care life cycle. She has successfully lead new business development in a dynamic suburban health care environment. Ms. Senn enhanced program development and increased efficiency and effectiveness of program implementation. She has worked closely with physicians and ancillary providers working to coordinate patient care across an integrated health care system including utilization management, quality improvement, physician compensation and credentialing. Ms. Senn has experience developing business plans for new program development as well as conceptualizing and creating vision and strategies for evaluating existing programs and creating and expensing programs.

Her background and experience has enhanced her ability to provide coaching services and organizational analysis and process development in the healthcare arena. Ms. Senn brings a knowledge of organization and efficiency processes to enhance the work environment.

Jolene maintains an active involvement in her community. As a member of her community’s Downtown Development Association she has written grants to enhance neighborhoods and schools to provide safe routes to school. In addition, Jolene is an active volunteer in her local schools and sits on the school district’s School Improvement Committee.

Ms. Senn holds an M.H.A. from Arizona State University. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University as well. Her education includes a twelve-month administrative fellowship at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington.
